Do you like fireworks? On Sunday, August 22nd after the evening service we will be having a cookout and then staying to watch the fireworks together. There will be games and lots of food, fun and fellowship! Come join us. We would love to have you!

On Sunday, July 25th the Melodies from Oklahoma Baptist College will be with us. The Melodies will be blessing us with the special music for the evening. You are invited to come and bring a friend with you! There will be a dinner after the evening service.
On Sunday May 30th we will be celebrating with Pastor Rupe his one year anniversary at Island City Baptist Church. Dr. Ed Johnson will be the special speaker for the day. Dr. Ed Johnson is Pastor Emeritus at First Baptist Church in Rosemount, MN and was pastor there for 35 years. There will be a potluck dinner after the morning service. The evening service on that day will not be at the normal 6:00pm time but has been moved up to 3:00pm. We will have some great special music and lots of food and fellowship! Come join with us for this exciting day!

On Sunday May 23rd after the morning service we will be having a graduation party for Ashley. There will be cake and treats for this special day.
After the morning service everyone is invited to have lunch together at Godfather’s Pizza.

We will be meeting at the church at 4:00 pm for some of Mrs. Nation’s delicious vegetable soup and then at 5:00 pm meeting at the Winona Bowl for some bowling. Hope to see you there!

On Sunday, January 17th Dr. Darrell Murphy will be with us for the morning service at ll:00 am and then again for our evening service at 6:00 pm. There will be a potluck dinner after the morning service. Great preaching from the Word of God and then an afternoon of food and fellowship. We invite you to join us on this special day!
